How do I update my credit card information?

  1. Go to My Account and login.
  2. On the right side column click Payment Methods.
  3. Click Add Payment Method. Enter your new credit card information.

How do I change my e-mail address?

  1. Go to My Account and login.
  2. Click Account Details.
  3. Enter your new e-mail address, then click the Save Changes button.

How do I change my password?

  1. Go to My Account and login.
  2. Click Account Details.
  3. Enter your Current Password and New Password (twice to confirm).
  4. Click the Save Changes button.

I lost my password. What do I do?

  1. Go here to reset your password.

How do I cancel my subscription?

  1. Go to My Account and login.
  2. Click the  My Subscription in the right hand column.
  3. Click Cancel
